  will not recommend at all,
  
  after recently moving to the area and winter approaching I took my 15 yo car in for 2 new tires which i have owned from new and had always been running on Continental quality tires, the reception was not very welcoming and the staff looked a bit uninterested in any custom, the person at reception tried to sell me their own branded tire which ended up to be more expensive (£12 per tire) than the standard Continental fitted on my car,
  
  note than i am very fussy on my car and it always has been serviced on the dot by the main dealer since new with no complaints what so ever,
  
  when they finally took my keys and drove it in, the mechanic started a full inspection and came back with a whole list of so called needed items, funny as it just past it's MOT only 1.000 miles earlier without any advisories when it was inspected at a VW dealership,
  
  when i objected and just told them i just wanted 2 new front tires they seem to loose total interest and a trainee mechanic was put on my car to fit 2 tires which took forever, after 30 minutes it was ready, i paid and left,
  
  so far so good but....
  
  after about 300 miles the car started to develop a noise which i did not like what so ever, after a call to my local VW dealer they suggested me visiting their closest branch in Plymouth to check it out, during a test drive the master mechanic asked me if i had some work done recently and when i mentioned the tires they quickly located the issue, 2 bolts of the OSF tire has become loose due to insufficient torque after fitment,
  
  so never ever again....
